AI Disclaimer
Effective date: June 25, 2026 · Last updated: June 25, 2026
Finance Concepts AI (the “Service”) uses artificial intelligence to help finance and insurance (“F&I”) professionals prepare pitches, handle objections, analyze quotes, and answer product questions. This AI Disclaimer explains the limitations of that technology and your responsibilities when using its output. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. What the Service is for
The Service is a productivity and sales-training tool. It is designed to assist trained F&I professionals, not to replace their judgment, training, or supervisory review. It does not make decisions, extend credit, bind coverage, or set final terms.
2. Not professional advice
The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, or insurance advice. AI-generated content is informational only. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional. Nothing produced by the Service creates a professional or advisory relationship.
3. Accuracy is not guaranteed
AI language models can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated — sometimes stated with apparent confidence. Product details, pricing, coverage terms, and regulatory requirements change, and the Service may not reflect the most current information. Always verify AI output against official, current product documentation and authoritative sources before relying on it.
4. Human review is required
You must independently review and confirm any output before using it, including any figures, coverage descriptions, comparisons, pitch language, or objection responses. Do not copy AI output into customer-facing documents or conversations without checking it for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
5. Regulatory compliance is your responsibility
F&I activities are heavily regulated. Depending on your role and jurisdiction, the laws and rules that may apply include, without limitation:
- The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Regulation Z;
- The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and Regulation B;
- State and federal prohibitions on unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices (UDAP/UDAAP);
- State lending, insurance, and licensing requirements governing the sale of F&I products;
- Advertising and disclosure rules applicable to financing and insurance offers.
The Service does not ensure compliance with any of these. You and your dealership are solely responsible for confirming that any output you use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and product provider requirements.
6. Web-search results
When an answer is not found in the Service’s knowledge base, the Service may fall back to a web search and will label such responses accordingly. Web-sourced information is not curated or verified by us, may be inaccurate or biased, and should be treated with extra caution and independently confirmed.
7. Competitor-quote analysis
When the Service analyzes an uploaded quote or document, it interprets the content as best it can, but it may misread figures, terms, or fine print — particularly with low-quality images or unusual formatting. Treat any analysis or comparison as an estimate to be verified against the actual document, not as a definitive statement of a competitor’s terms.
8. Customer-facing use
Do not present AI-generated output to a customer as a guaranteed quote, rate, payment, approval, or binding offer. Only authorized, verified figures and terms from your dealership’s and product providers’ official systems should be communicated as actual terms.
9. No guarantee of results
We make no promise regarding sales performance, conversion, profitability, or any other outcome from using the Service. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own practices and market conditions.
